I'm looking for Clawhammer Banjo subjects to write about. Anyone got a suggestion? I'm too many years away from my old 2 and 3 finger stuff to say much about it - Of course my 2 finger index lead stuff was simply my clawhammer material played in 2 finger style - I never got into specific arrangements for it.
I will point out that I'm not ever going to show anyone how to play like their favourite banjo player - copying others simply ain't my style - I prefer to learn the tune from a fiddler and make my banjo arrangements from scratch. In my early days I did have a pile of tabs from the playing of Wade Ward, but since then I have always blazed my own trail.
However, when it comes to general technique, hard to find tune tabs, etc. I'm up for trying. So if you are looking for something, and not in too big a hurry (my banjo time is limited by arthritis and other infirmities) shoot me an email at:
