Having never been instructed on proper form I want to see if anyone else has this happen.
I use my index and when I'm frailing I tend to let my other fingers come out of the claw. I mean I noticed that I actually thump the head under the strings with my middle finger. Almost like an o.k sign with my hand. If I concentrate I don't but it seems natural to do so.
Bad habit or just my style. Any reason this will hold me back getting better?
