As I'm progressing in my clawhammer playing, I find myself drawn to the music I play on guitar and tenor banjo. That is, mostly celtic, working class, and punk stuff. The Pogues, Flogging Molly, The Tossers, The Rumjacks, etc. Some traditional celtic stuff, but with some attitude, grit, angst, and edge.
Are there any resources out there that may prove useful in my pursuit of non - traditional celtic clawhammer playing, or am I pretty much on my own in adapting this subgenre of a subgenre and fusing it with yet another subgenre?
