Hi All,
Anyone pick Bill Cheatum as Melvin Wine plays it? He does it out of G which is nice and banjo friendly, but then modulates to D for the B Part. It might even reverse the chord patterns for the lines as follows. It's screwing with my brain.
Normal Bill in key of A, the B part chords: ADEA AAAE ADEA AAAE
What I hear (sometimes) in the Wine recording, key of D, the B part chords only: DDDA DGAD DDDA DGAD
Any general commentary welcome.
