Where to go now?

About 4 months ago my girlfriend and I were on a hitchhiking adventure across the great United States.  We were passing through Portland and I found and bought a modern yet old and rusted made in china banjo.  She had a violin so it seemed to fit.  I did a lot of finger picking on the guitar so I thought a switch into bluegrass would be fairly easy.  Boy was I WRONG.  Yet about a week into owning my first banjo I found a street musician who was playing clawhammer style.  So I began to fiddle around with it on my banjer.  Instantly I fell in love.  I have been playing hours on end everyday since up until about a week ago.

I am not great at picking things out by ear.  A talent and skill I am working to hone.  Yet in the meantime I would love some good tabs/ video w/tabs that I can play with.  I have been watching the MATC videos on youtube.  Yet I am at a stand still there.  I just want some clear, challenging tabs.  It seems really hard to find for me.  The ones I find are either way too complex (I'm still not too sure what a skip note is) or way to simple.  I bought a book recommended by folks from this site but it too was way too simplistic.  Anyone have any recommendations of where to go for some good tabs?  I tried rocket science banjo.

Here is a video of me running through a few tunes I found on youtube/ EZfolk.com  Figured it might help recommending if you knew where I was exactly in my playing level.

Any help/ advice is appreciated.
