Trying to get back at it

Hi Everyone-

I'm a guitar player that started playing clawhammer banjo, about 4 years ago. Last year I ended up needing to sell my 12" OME Jubilee, bad decision.  I'm now in the market to buy another banjo. Unfortunately the OME is way out of my price range. I've been looking at the Deering Americana 12" with the scooped neck. I haven't been able to play one yet, but it seems to fit all my needs. 12" pot and a scooped neck are impotant to me. I like playing Old Time music and singing. My max to spend is $600. Is there any other models that I should be looking at? Any help would be appreciated.
