My wife is getting into clawhammer. I can show her the real basics but I am a two and three finger picker. I have had good luck with Homespun over the years so I want to get her a dvd set from them. For those who have learned from Homespun products which do you prefer? I assume Carlin and Holt both put out a good product. My wife plays piano and has a good ear. Fretted instruments are entirely foreign to her. Good close ups of the mechanics are essential as well as a fun approach. Our corner of the world is broadband challenged so I am sticking to DVDs at this point. Thanks!
