I've been practice a lot over the last two weeks....now I'm starting to get a dull aching pain in the finger I use to hit the strings with on my right hand.
I've got some time when I can practice less (no upcoming gigs!), and I'm sure rest will help (it doesn't hurt bad enough to warrant ice/heat/ibuprofen/etc, thankfully). Any other advice, mostly for preventing that from starting again, once it's healed?
