Name That Tune. Please!!

Howdy.

I learned this tune about 2 weeks ago from Steve Baughman (who is a GREAT teacher IMO).  It's a cool tune, but he didn't remember the name of it.  So far, my fiddle playing friends with encyclopedic repertoires also don't recognize it.  Anybody know what it's called?  The audio clip is of Steve playing it.
