This is a link to "Bound To Ride", played by Clifton Hicks, who, I think, is also a BHO member. The video's bad, but I sure do love the way he plays this. Is he up-picking? To me it sounds like he's mixing u-picking and clawhammer. Notice in particular the really neat doubling up of a note on the break. Sorry, I don't know how to explain it any other way, but listen to the breaks and I think you'll hear it. Thanks for any help in understanding the way he's doing this, it's something I'd really like to learn to do.
