The weekend kicks off on Friday evening with an informal concert by Kirk Sutphin and Riley Baugus, followed by intensive workshops on Saturday and Sunday. Both Kirk and Riley are superb musicians who grew up as friends and neighbors in the North Carolina Piedmont where they were heavily exposed to traditional music of the Round Peak area.
