I ran across the following bit of tablature and I wanted to confirm my understanding of what was expected here. On the second eighth note, there's a pull-off indicated for the first string at the zeroth fret, but the note immediately preceding that one is on another string entirely.
What I'm assuming one would do here is reach up with some finger that's not otherwise engaged and pluck it without causing the a hammer-on at whatever fret that finger happens to be at. In this case. Is that actually what the author intended?
